Sam is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate in working with anxiety, trauma (be it personal, intergenerational/familial, or cultural), identity, spirituality, death & dying, grief, family systems, and the ways in which our lives are impacted by the larger social systems and institutions around us. Sam believes people intrinsically possess the capacity to navigating the challenges inherent in existence, and his collaborative and curiosity-forward approach seeks to support people in accessing their own internal resources. 

Outside of work, Sam enjoys drawing, reading novels, and wandering the neighborhood with his partner and their two dogs.
