About Claudia...

With over 12 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor and supervisor, Claudia is a compassionate and dedicated clinical director and psychotherapist specializing in supporting women and mothers through life's transitions. Claudia is certified in Perinatal Mental Health and has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by women, particularly in the journey of motherhood.

Claudia works with women who are feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, and undervalued—those navigating life adjustments and seeking to reconnect with themselves. From anxiety and depression to grief, birth experiences, and trauma, she helps clients understand and manage symptoms that impact their emotional well-being, daily functioning, and identity.

Drawing from a blend of evidence-based therapeutic methods that bridge physiological and cognitive processes, Claudia combines professional expertise with personal experience as a mother to foster meaningful, lasting healing. Central to Claudia's approach is a strong emphasis on identity work—helping clients explore the roots of their patterns of thinking, feeling, and being to build a more empowered and fulfilled sense of self.

Claudia is passionate about empowering women and mothers to find balance, reclaim their identities, and rediscover their inner strength. Through therapy, she provides a safe, nurturing environment for women to heal, grow, and thrive.
