Joy in the Journey Group

To provide focused individual skill development for CCS clients (18+) to learn how to increase awareness, build skills and make connections to incorporate the habit of fun into daily life learning the physical and psychological benefits based on scientific evidence.

Length: 4 Week Session

Time: 1:00pm-2:00pm

5 Senses of Safety Group

To provide focused psychoeducation for CCS clients (ages 18+) to learn how anxiety and panic attacks affect the brain, mind and body, learn practices using the 5 senses to assist with grounding, mindfulness and staying within the window of tolerance in times of anxiety and panic and build a toolkit to implement in various environments for panic and anxiety. Group members will recognize the physical and cognitive signs of anxiety and panic, feel more equipped to navigate these feelings/symptoms and gain knowledge of the impact our senses have on coping with anxiety and panic.

Length: 6 Week Session

Walk this Way Group

To provide focused individual skill development for CCS clients (18+) to learn how to practice mindfulness while walking. This encourages the practice of both mindfulness and physical activity for coping with mental health symptoms.

Length: 4 Week Session

Power of Plants Group

To provide focused individual skill development for CCS clients (18+) to learn how to practice mindfulness and self care utilizing the power of plants while increasing life satisfaction. 

Length: 6 Week Session

Dates:Tuesdays May 13- June 17th 
Time: 12:00m-1:00pm

Heartstopper Connection Group

To provide focused psychoeducation for CCS clients (ages 12-16 to learn practices to reflect and acknowledge parts of identity and values, create safety and belonging and form connections. Group members will recognize the role identity, safety, connection and communication plays in resilience, protective factors and daily stressors/mood. Group members will feel more comfortable expressing, exhibiting and encouraging connection, identity, values, advocacy and creating safety.

Length: 5 Week Session

Self-Compassion for Mindful Motivation and Change

The purpose of this group is to provide psychoeducation on the principles of mindful self compassion for CCS clients (age 18+) and teach practical tools for cultivating mindfulness
and self-compassion as resources for mental well-being.
